Student Experience Mapping @ WST February 2020
At WST February 2020, I will be taking the floor to talk about Student Experience Mapping. There is already lots of information available so you can go to the UCD Agile website to find all the details of the project. Over 200 staff and students were involved in the project which resulted in four key focus areas for the University as well as many actions by staff from across the University. In my presentation at the event, I will be sharing my insights on:
- what we have learned from student experience mapping and what can we do about it
- how experience mapping can be a driver of change and a joiner of silos
- what else could we do with experience mapping
