Upcoming Lean training
We’ve added a new round of online Yellow Belt and Lean Practitioner training in September, check out the details below. Places on the Yellow Belt can be booked via the InfoHub Booking Centre, and Lean Practitioner by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our Yellow Belt training will provide you with a good understanding of the concepts and key tools of Lean Six Sigma – this will help you get started if you have a project in mind.
The course consists of 2 x 2-3 hour virtual sessions – you must attend both sessions to complete the training.
- Tuesday 21st September : 10.00-12.30pm – 2.5 hours via Zoom
- Individual work to be completed by learners
- Thursday 23rd September: 9.30am-12.30pm including pre-course group work in breakout groups
The training is run by our long-standing partner, SQT. The positive feedback from previous attendees highlights how useful the training is:
“Great course. Ashling (Keogh) is very knowledgeable and interesting. Her timing was excellent on the course. She was beyond helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this course. ” (Dorcas Réamonn, UCD Innovation Academy)
“The tools are the highlight – and the ease of the spreadsheet to make use of them – it will be very easy to keep the spreadsheet to apply the tools to a number of different processes. The materials of the course look perfect for future quick reference and reuse.” (Claire Kavanagh, Research Office).
