UCD Agile’s Lean resources

Many of us will be working from home for many weeks to come due to Covid-19. We moved our services and training online to support UCD colleagues during these restrictions. In addition, we put together a designated Resources page  (http://www.ucd.ie/agile/resources/) on the UCD Agile website with a list of useful Lean resources and online tools.

Our guides are simple and give you step by step instructions on how to do things like remote workshopping, process mapping and following the Lean problem solving process.

We also share notes on some of the Lean Six Sigma techniques to give you a flavour of our experience using those techniques.

A selection of templates are also available which some of you might find useful when working on a process improvement project or when putting your Lean skills into practice.
